Error during status transition. License Keys are invalid.

Did the plugin maybe run out of license keys for the product that was sold? That’s the only scenario when that error is thrown.

I didnt generate manually any licences since I enabled the auto gen of them
so yes Licence Keys section is empty only 1 generator is there
“Automatically send license keys when an order is set to ‘Complete’.”

Try to untick the “Sell license keys from the available stock”, since you don’t actually have any stock and want to use a generator.

The error disappear but now the licence key section is missing from the email when order is completed

Was the license generated?

It’s important, because WooCommerce auto-completes those orders, and the licenses are issued by default when the order is set to “Completed”. You can change this in the settings as well.
