Error during status transition. Created by User ID is invalid

    Hi!

    I’m using Eduma Theme with Learnpress to sell my Online courses and I’m installed Learnpress Woocommerce Add-On for using custom payment gateway plugin. I get this error on completion of an order as a note:

    “Error during status transition. Created by User ID is invalid”

    Anyway the status order is complete and payment is complete too, but customers didn’t receives any e-mails.

    I’m asking for help!

    The email is usually triggered when the payment gateway sends the message back to WooCommerce to say the payment is received. This messages triggers the order status change to Processing or Completed, and that in turn sends the email.

    The error you’re seeing indicates something is going wrong when that status transition happens. I’d recommend looking into the info sent back by the custom payment gateway to see if there are any errors.
