Error during site move

In the process of trying to move my weblog, I changed its location in the options section of the dashboard too soon. This means that I no longer have access to the dashboard. I have tried restoring the old files in the original location and restoring the old database, but I still cannot get into the dashboard (it goes to the new site URL, which is not set up yet). So I need to know how to change the location of my weblog back to the original website without using the dashboard. HELP?
