    Hi,

I’m running WordPress 4.1.1 with UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore Version 2.9.60.1. I’ve been using Updraft without issue for many months on several sites. I back up two different sites to one DropBox using subfolders.

This past weekend, one of my sites started giving the error when I click “Rescan remote storage”

Rackspace Cloud Files: Cloud Files authentication failed (Invalid username or access key.)

I have no idea why I’m getting this error since
    1. I’ve never had it before
    2. I have the same configuration on another site and don’t get this error
    3. From what I can tell, nothing has changed
    4. I’m using DropBox, not Rackspace

    What I’ve tried:
    1. Make sure all plugins and WordPress are current and updated
    2. Deleting the Updraft plugin and reinstalling
    3. Disconnecting the DropBox connection and re-authenticating
    4. Wiping all settings in Updraft and starting over with settings

Please advise what I can do to make this error go away.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

When you press the ‘rescan remote storage’ link, it rescans all remote storage options. There’s nothing to worry about and nothing needs doing in response; it’s entirely normal.

    Best wishes,
    David
