Error during payment

Hi,

I start a new topic, because the issue is not perfectly the same as other users described their issues.

First clients got an error on the screen (right after they hit the pay button on the check-out page), there is something going wrong with the payment, but the money went through.

Today when tried to simulate the issue, I got a ciritcal wordpress issue screen, and when tried to navigate back the checkout page was loading and loading and actually tried to start the payment again.

I checked stripe – no changes were in the settings, API is okay, debug mode is on. Even though we have an up-to-date version (7.9.3), when I log into the site with admin and entering the Woocommerce settings page, we get a warning: Action required: Security update of WooCommerce Stripe plugin

We use learndash, woocommerce membership and woocommerce subscriptions also on the page, using Divi theme.

+ info – Clients wanted to pay for a membership product at the first time (for them the “something went wrong message was shown)

When I tested, I used a simple product, no recurring payment, and received the wordpress error.

However I received the sms about the payment, I haven’t received the e-mail about the order, nor the invoice, no notification arrived about successful payment.

The only error I found is related to cache

A page cache increases the speed and performance of our site by saving and serving static pages instead of re-fetching the page every time a visitor arrives.

Checking for the existence of a page cache consists of searching for an active page cache extension and retrieving three main pages, in which we look for the following HTTP client caching response header:

cache-control, expires, age, last-modified, etag, x-cache-enabled, x-cache-disabled, x-srcache-store-status, x-srcache-fetch-status.

The median server response time was 1,204 milliseconds. This should be less than the recommended threshold of 600 milliseconds.
No client caching response header found.
No page cache plugin found. – We won’t have it, as Learndash used on the website, which not recommends to use any caching plugin on the website.
