Error during activation

    Try deleting the plugin and then re-installing. It’s possible you grabbed a copy while I was updating it yesterday.

    but i already installed osticket and got it up and running
    any ways will post back on the issue will delete and try reinstall and let you know status tomorrow

    Purged all the plugin files tried re installing same problem

    Any idea what version of PHP your server is running?

    I’m perplexed. The error would suggest there might be some whitespace after a heredoc declaration…but I just checked and that’s not the case.
    I just delete the line-feed on that line and the next and re-entered. I’ll try re-committing that and we can see if it helps fix the issue.
