I’m trying to find a common ground between everybody experiencing these issues.
We all have different Woocommerce versions, and Paypal remains adamant that these issues are not being caused by them.
So, I’m looking for a different angle.
I noticed that some of you (maybe a couple) have mentioned that you’re being hosted by WPEngine. It obviously seems unrelated to the issue, but we are hosted by WPEngine as well. So, how about the rest?
Can we all list down our host & confirm that that’s not something we all have in common?

Thanks for that response.
So, it does sound like WooCommerce is showing they’re having a cURL error internally when processing the API response from PayPal.
Again, we are seeing that we’re sending a success message that they’re having a system issue when processing. So, they’ll need to resolve these errors that their system is seeing. I would love to help further in this, but this has to be a fix that WooCommerce pushes.
