Error duplicate field name

    Trying to create a simple form for the first time. When I go to “create form.” I get an Error duplicate field name and then it highlights user_email. I don’t have a duplicate field name visible in my form.

    I try to delete email altogether and it tells me email is required so im stuck.

    Thanks for writing in,

    Are you using any other plugins for registration purposes? If so, please try deactivating those plugins and check if it resolves the issue.
    Also, you can try deleting the User Registration plugin and installing a fresh copy of it. Please let us know the result and we will get back to you.
