ERROR: Dropbox API: (59) Unknown cipher in list

I looked at the old threads on this and installed the UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore to no avail. I’m still getting the “ERROR: Dropbox API: (59) Unknown cipher in list”.

Can someone please let me know how to fix this?
