Error downloading the file from external CDN

Sorry you are experiencing issues with our plugin. Just tested the download with the download link you provided, https://allansolutions.ams3.digitaloceanspaces.com/benchmark-qa/dlm_uploads/sample-5.pdf, but it seems to work. Could you please tell me what kind of permalinks do you use?

I am using the day and name permalink configuration for the posts: https://benchmark.chrisallan.co/2021/06/22/sample-post/

For the media, I disabled this configuration:
Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders

If there is more information I can provide you, just let me know, please.

Hey @ltroya ,

Tested again with your permalink configuration, but again it works. Could you please go and save the permalink, not change, just save, and see if the problem persists? Also, could you please tell me what are your endpoint values in Downloads->Settings->Endpoint ?
