    Hi,

Download Monitor links are going to 404 page and I think the problem in my blog’s permalink structure. I’m using permalink style with ‘index.php’ and some numbers like:

    /index.php/%hour%%post_id%-%postname%/

and I don’t want to change this because there are many posts published and socialized.

Can you suggest the way out from this problem?
Couldn’t find answer to my question in support.

  • I’m wondering if this may be the explanation for the bugs I’m seeing too. Plugin installs fine, but all downloads point to a 404 page. I contacted them directly, but got bounced to this forum. Hopefully we’ll both get an answer soon…

I also wrote index.php/download in Download Endpoint field of DM settings, but it didn’t help

    Hello Sean,

Can you please try switching the permalinks to default and then back to your current setup. And then please share with us one download URL so we could test.
