Error displaying on the complianz dashboard. Please help

    I am getting this message on the complianz dashboard:

    JavaScript errors are detected on the front-end of your site. This may break the cookie banner functionality.
    Last error in the console:

    Why is this coming up? I recently installed W3 total cache. I thought it could be due to minifying javascript so I disabled all minifying to see if that made any difference but the notification is still there on the complianz dashboard. I don’t even know what error it is referring to since I cannot see this error under ‘console’ when I use the inspector tool on Firefox.
    The article the message tells me to read is about if the cookie banner is not appearing, yet when I go to my site I can see the cookie banner so I don’t understand what the problem is.
    Please could someone help me to solve the issue! Thank you!

    Hi @kgk321,

    I just checked your site, the error is now gone. Possibly the magnification caused an issue, but the notice is still in cache. If you load your homepage while logged in, the check will run again.

    Complianz checks for jquery errors by other plugins because in some cases the Complianz banner doesn’t show up because of issues in other plugins. This check can notify users of such issues. Otherwise we get blamed ??

    As the error is now gone, you can ignore the notice. It will be dismissible as of 5.0.

    Ahh okay thank you! What do you mean by magnification? You don’t think that the minifying from w3 total cache caused any issue then? Where would I see the error if there was one – in the console in firefox or somewhere else? Thank you so much!
