    Good day. The plugin causes an error when displaying media files in the library. When you disable the plugin page is displayed correctly. Screenshots attached.

    Hello there @tetiana45,

    it seems that the screenshot did get through, could you please resend it? ??

    Also, is there any error log file in your server that you could share here with us?

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris

    I did not find where you can attach a screenshot or file.

    Hi @tetiana45,

    Please upload screenshots online using https://snag.gy/ or something similar and then post the links to the screenshots here.

    Cheers,
    Calum

    @tetiana45,

    I see that you are using Imagify and Smush. Please try to disable Imagify and check if the UI is displaying ok. It is not recommended to use multiple image compression plugins at the same time.

    Best regards,
    Anton

    Imagify not activated

    @tetiana45,

    Judging by the screenshot that you provided, there are no errors – just not enough space on the media library table. There’s an Imagify column in the screenshot, that’s why I assumed it was enabled. Are you using any media library functionality extending plugins? Could you try switching WordPress to English? That might shorten the table labels.

    Best regards,
    Anton

    I turned to hosting technical support. They discovered this error. After disabling the plugin library, the error disappeared. Now reflected as in the screenshot.

    @tetiana45,

    Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce similar behavior on a test site. I can recommend you ask support if there is any object caching on the server and why Imagify columns are showing when enabling Smush.

    Best regards,
    Anton

    Same here

    Opening media library >>>
    POST wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
    action: query-attachments
    post_id: 0
    query[orderby]: date
    query[order]: DESC
    query[posts_per_page]: 40
    query[paged]: 1
    >>>
    500 Internal Server Error
    No response body

    Wordpress: 4.9.8 and 5.0.0 (upgrade did not help)
    Smush: 2.9.1

    Reproducing steps:
    Not sure why, but if more than 19 plugins are enabled along with smush (whatever plugins they are), smush breaks the media library. It works fine with any number of plugins if I disable just smush.

    unfortunately the issue still exists :/

    @balsa0,

    Please enable debug log by adding the following lines to your wp-config.php file:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    Open the page with errors and share the content of wp-content/debug.log file

    Best regards,
    Anton
