    Hi,

When displaying the newsfeed, the FB images are not displayed.
In the backend, when trying to change feed settings, error occures: “error : Something went wrong (trying edit feed)”.

    We tried the following:

    • Deactivate + reactivate plugin
    • Uninstall + Install plugin
    • Re-authenticate plugin via FB
    • clear cache (in all cases)
    • Remove business Integration, re-authenticate

    Any ideas?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Please, try to make all the actions I write below. This should fix the issue.

Go to Facebook Feed > Options, here, please find the Uninstall button and press.

Afterwards, (if you are the owner of the page) please, Re-Authenticate again, the option is in Facebook Feed > Options section.

Now, when you try to add a new feed, you should not have this issue any longer.

Thank you and have a nice day!

Tried it but I got this error message:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘DoradoWebConfig’ not found in /homepages/31/d279845363/htdocs/celeb/wp-content/plugins/wd-facebook-feed/admin/controllers/FFWDControllerUninstall_ffwd.php:28 Stack trace: #0 /homepages/31/d279845363/htdocs/celeb/wp-content/plugins/wd-facebook-feed/facebook-feed-wd.php(333): FFWDControllerUninstall_ffwd->__construct() #1 /homepages/31/d279845363/htdocs/celeb/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): ffwd_menu(”) #2 /homepages/31/d279845363/htdocs/celeb/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): WP_Hook->apply_filters(”, Array) #3 /homepages/31/d279845363/htdocs/celeb/wp-includes/plugin.php(465): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #4 /homepages/31/d279845363/htdocs/celeb/wp-admin/admin.php(253): do_action(‘admin_page_unin…’) #5 {main} thrown in /homepages/31/d279845363/htdocs/celeb/wp-content/plugins/wd-facebook-feed/admin/controllers/FFWDControllerUninstall_ffwd.php on line 28

@suziekh: that didnt work for me either…

P.s. when i hit the uninstall screen there is an empty screen after. No redirect or uninstalled plugin or something like that.

    Hi,

Let us do this way, please.

Please completely uninstall the plugin from wp-admin > plugins.

Then, try to install it again. Let me know if in this case you notice an Fatal error too.

    Thanks!

Just did the plugin update, then uninstall (inside the plugin) and it worked !
    Thx
