Error displaying at header

    Im getting this error message at the top

    Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called?incorrectly. Translation loading for the?ultimate-addons-for-gutenberg?domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the?init?action or later. Please see?Debugging in WordPress?for more information.     If i deactivate the plugin the message goes away but i need that pluging for my site.

    Debug should not be displaying (at least for what i could see on the php file)

    Any suggestions?
