    Hi,

My all sites were working but 6 days ago when I did sync around half of my sites are disconnected but still can be accessed from the dashboard. When I removed and try to add the site. it says

Error detected: Connection Failed. We suspect that Imunify360, a security layer added by your host, is causing this problem. Please contact your host to whitelist your Dashboard IP in their system. If you need help determining your MainWP Dashboard site IP address, check with your hosting provider.

I have contacted hosting support and they have said my Mainwp Server IP is not blacklisted, even though they have whitelisted the server ip but still getting the same error, what can i do?

    Hi @jennifer532

The MainWP Dashboard shows that message when it detects a response message containing keywords characteristic of the Imunify360 security suite.

Another potential complication if Cloudflare is used in addition to Imunify360.

Refer to our help article for more information about the Imunify360 connection block and the workaround for Cloudflare+Imunify360.

And please feel free to open a private Help Desk ticket, and we will verify the response message the Dashboard is receiving from the child site.
