  • Try to clear the cache. Do you get that on Errors & Debug screen?

    Hi. I cleared the cache and the problem is still there. Yes, the error is on the errors and debug screen.

    Alin, I never had any problem and now have the same problem too on 2 websites. I cleaned the cache, and the problem remained. I cleaned the authorization of one of the websites and now this website can not connect with Google Analytics. In General Settings I get “Property not found”.

    What’s the name of your hosting provider?

    Are you sure you’re authorizing the plugin while you’re logged in with the right Google Analytics account?

    Hi Alin,

    Hosting is Site5 and yes, I logged in my Google Analytics account. Now I see the same error happens in a website of a friend that I manage and it is hosted in Site5. He has a different Google Analytics account user.

    Maybe in this hosting they changed something. I will ask them.

    There were recently some issues on Aruba. That’s why I’ve asked.

    You could also check the php error log (or enable debug mode).

    I suspect an outgoing connection issue or something related.

    I enabled debug mode and have this error log:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home2/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php:3510) in /home2/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1196

    Line 3510 from functions.php is:
    trigger_error( sprintf( __(‘%1$s was called with an argument that is deprecated since version %2$s with no alternative available.’), $function, $version ) );

    Line 1196 from pluggable.php is:
    header(“Location: $location”, true, $status);

    Maybe this can help you to see where this problem from

    I’m suddenly having the same issue on a site hosted by Site5. Same Error Details:

    Error Details:
    Array
    (
    [0] => 0
    [1] => Array
    (
    )

    )

    FYI, the server this site is on at Site5 is rowen. I would call their support but I have no idea what to tell them.

    What’s listed above Error Details in the Last Error detected section?

    Can you also check your the PHP error logs, on site5 you should find them under:

    /wp-admin/error_log
    /public_html/error_log

    All it says above Error Details is :

    Last Error: 2015-08-05 14:31:54:

    The error_log in wp-admin has added nothing since October 2014.

    There is no error log in public_html

    I checked Error Logs in the Site5 Cpanel, and there is nothing there. (Literally nothing.)

    Okay, just contact them and refer to this ticket: [Site5 #MJGB-66987]. I’ve just opened a ticket describing the issue. Don’t forget to mention the plugin name again (Google Analytics Dashboard for WP) and that the error appeared 4 days ago with no update to the plugin.

    Ok, thanks!

    Thanks Alin! I opened a support ticket at Site 5 too with your reference. 2 days ago I contacted with them by chat but they didn’t found any solution. I hope that now we can fix it.

    Following.
