Error deleting role

    Getting error:
    The requested role to edit does not exist.

    It is a blank role name. Does anyone else have this problem?

  • Hi, Please share the screenshot of the issue you are facing. Where are you trying to edit the role?

    That is strange. We tried reproducing this issue, but we were unable to. Please try disabling all the other plugins except WSDesk and edit the user. Also, please check editing other users to narrow down the issue.
    If you still having issues, please raise a ticket, so that we can investigate.
