    I have downloaded my backup files and deleted my wordpress account, now I am trying to upload it to get my data restore but getting error:
    Error data: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Reco

    Please assist me to upload my site data again in new hosting.

    Hi,

    The ‘PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT(-10)’ error indicates that the backup zip file is corrupted.

    If you have a copy of the backup set stored in remote storage, I would recommend downloading a copy directly, and checking if that copy will unpack.

    If so, upload the backup files to the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory via FTP. Then, click the ‘re-scan local storage’ link in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab to update the backup records, and attempt the restoration again.

    Thank you for your reply,
    I got my file unpacked in my remote storage and was uploaded in the directly into updraft but still not getting configured.

    Please share the steps to get it configured with my site.

    Hi Mohit,

    Apologies for the delay.

    After uploading the backup files, does the backup display in the ‘Existing Backups’ tab?
    If so, click the ‘restore’ button next to the backup set. Then follow the restoration tool.
    Remember to select the ‘Search and Replace the URL in the Database’ option.
