Error: cURL error 7

Hi,

I just install WordPress under Windows 2008 with Xampp on it.
I get this error message:

WP HTTP Error: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to www.remarpro.com port 80: Connection refused

I have check port 80 and 443 and they are UP and not block.

I’m trying to install plugins but dont work…
I got wp-content with 775 and evan add this line in config
define(‘FS_METHOD’, ‘direct’);

So what can i do more to solve the problem?
