ERROR: cURL error 28: Failed to connect to wpdafree.youniquedata.com port 443

    When trying to select the server under the PDA Settings tab, I get the following error

    ERROR: cURL error 28: Failed to connect to wpdafree.youniquedata.com port 443 after 10002 ms: Timeout was reached

    Anyone experience the same and know how to fix this?

    Thank you Kim! I have replied to your message. ?? Hoping you’re able to see something on your side, as my service provider said the connection is being blocked on your end.

    Thanks for the update!

    I asked Peter to add your IP to the whitelist. Sometimes, an IP is refused entry even if it’s not blocked, so we need to specifically add those IPs to the whitelist.

    I’ll send a follow-up to your ticket once it’s sorted out.

    Can Peter whitelist my IP Address one more time? I beleive the last time I was able to access it, I got blocked again.

    Do you know where I can either reset my password or view it, as I can’t remember what I had it set to on a previous installation of this plugin.
