Error Curl

Hi, i found another problem. After successfully set up the setting, i still have this error message:

curl_setopt(): CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when an open_basedir is set in …….

what if i set those statement to “false”, is it ok?

I know this support page maybe take a long time to answer or maybe no respond at all. Please answer this question so i can make the plugin work perfect on my wordpress. Thank you…
