Error cropping image

  • I am pretty new to WordPress, and our company have just installed WordPress on a Windows Server. Most things seem to work pretty fine, but i have som pretty strange struggles. One of them has to do with cropping images. S? when i choose an image i dont get any cropping option, and when i click save it gives me an error. The strange thing is that if i login to my site on my server, i get to do cropping, and it works perfectly. But when i access the page remotely, it gives me an error. So this leads me to think it has to do with some kinda access error?

    My WordPress site has all rights when with Administrator and IIS_IUSRS-user. What have i missed here?

  • What exactly are the errors shown to you? Possibly these are only abbreviated error messages. The detailed ones should be found in the error log of the hosting.
