    You’ll need to contact your web host and ask them to make sure that the cron jobs are firing correctly. Keep in mind that the trigger cron job needs to run when you want the import to start, and the processing cron job has to run every 2 minutes.

    If the cron jobs are running correctly, then please ask them to check the error logs for any errors related to WP All Import, and ask them to check what’s being returned when the “trigger” and “processing” URLs are fetched.
