Hi @crianzactiva,
For your information, when there is a critical error, it means that two plugins are conflicting with each other in the core. This is a technical issue so in order to investigate it, the developer will need to access the admin area and inspect the codes to find the source of the conflict. We cannot help you with that on this public forum, though.
The conflict makes it impossible for the two plugins to work together, so the workaround is to disable one of those.
You can check it further by deactivating all plugins and only keep WooCommerce activated. Then re-activate one by one to see when the critical error happens. You will be able to find out which is conflicting with our plugin on your site. You can kindly consider replacing that with a similar plugin or choose to keep only 1 at a time on your site.
Best regards.
