    Hello @capitancapo,

I apologize for not responding in Spanish, but please note that we only provide support in English on the WordPress forum.

As for the issue you are experiencing, it appears to be strictly related to the setup of your application and something is likely blocking the requests sent by the plugin. As such, for us to be able to investigate this further, we will have to replicate it first and monitor the logs in real time. For this process, please contact our Support Team directly if you are a SiteGround client as per the instructions here:

    Hello again,

I contacted SiteGround support to investigate the “Critical Error” issue when accessing the “Activity Log” in your Security Optimizer plugin.

The SiteGround team replicated the problem and confirmed that the server is not blocking the requests. However, they suggested the issue might be caused by a conflict with other plugins or the theme. Following their instructions, I deactivated all plugins and reactivated them one by one.

I found that the error occurs when one or more of the following plugins are activated:

    • PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce
    • Adapta RGPD
    • Advanced Custom Fields PRO

I’m sharing this information as it might help with future updates or for your knowledge base, as these plugins are widely used by WordPress users.

If you need more details about my setup to investigate this further, please let me know.

Thank you in advance for your attention and for the work you do with this plugin.

    Best regards

    Hello,

Thank you for your response, but I must clarify that I have already opened a ticket with SiteGround support and followed their instructions to investigate the issue. They replicated the problem and confirmed that the server is not blocking the requests. The issue appears to be a conflict with other plugins, as I mentioned earlier (PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce, Adapta RGPD, and Advanced Custom Fields PRO).

I’m sharing this information with you because I believe it can help improve the plugin or assist other users who may encounter similar problems.

Please let me know if you require additional details to address this on your end.

    Best regards

Please, share this information through the ticket also. This is the best way how we can further investigate exactly which one of these plugins might be causing the conflict.

    Thank you.
