Error creating post with video

    I would like to publish a post with video, but if I upload an .mp4 file, the post is not saved and this error appears: “Error creating post: Post image must be at least 250x250px. Selected image is 0x0px.”

    Is it possible to create posts with videos? How can we go about solving?

    Hi @studioilgranello! The Google Business Profile API dropped support for creating video posts a few years ago. So its currently not possible to create them with the plugin. It used to be possible and was supported in the plugin, so that’s why it will still (partially) let you do it.

    I’ll double check that it is still the case though! Maybe Google has made a change and it is possible again. I’ll follow up with more info.

    I’ve just tested it, but unfortunately it is still not possible to create posts with video. I’ll clarify the error in the plugin though!
