Error creating new ticket

Hi,
I have the premium version of the plugin
When you “Create a ticket” and enter the Subject and Description and change the priority to High then Submit Ticket, it pops with an error “Please Enter all required fields”. However, When you then press okay and without further changes Submit Ticket button works?
Please help fix this issue,
