Error creating label: {“status”:401,”title”:”….

  • Hello!

    By creating a new label I get the following message:
    Error creating label: {“status”:401,”title”:”Unauthorized”,”detail”:”Access to the resource is not allowed.”}

    Any suggestions? I’m using the plugin on another website; everything works there.

    Hi @formverliebt,

    This might be an issue with the login credentials for DHL.
    Can you please verify the DHL login details in the plugin settings to ensure they are correct?
    If the login credentials are incorrect, please update them accordingly and test the functionality again.

    I get the same error.
    Credentials are verified and correct.

    New installation as I’ve been trying to get started with this plugin but am facing a variety of errors.

    Also an error with weight. T

    The plugin does not accept decimal numbers, whether with a point or a comma.
    Error message: Please enter a valid weight.
