Hi Zusammen,
wir haben heute das Plugin installiert und die Daten eingetragen.
Wir haben den Login-Test gemacht und auch den Sandbox-modus erfolgreich getestet.
Jetzt kommt aber nach dem live-schalten beim erstellen eines DHL-Labels zum downloaden folgende Fehlermeldung:

Error creating label:
Error :
- ( shipper ) : You cannot ship from this country.
- ( shipper ) : You cannot ship from this country.
- The product entered is unknown.
- ( billingNumber ) : The selected billing number is not available.
Hat jemand damit Erfahrung oder sieht sogar auf den ersten Blick was hier nicht stimmt.
Ich glaube, ich muss noch irgendwelche Einstellungen anpassen, aber ich finde sie im Entwickler-Portal, wie auch im DHL-Plugin-Optionen nicht direkt.

Does anyone have experience with this or can even see at first glance what’s wrong here? I think I need to adjust some settings, but I can’t find them directly in the developer portal, nor in the DHL plugin options.

Can you send the log file to our email ?

so I can check whats going wrong exactly?

you can find it : WooCommerce > Status > Logs
the log will start with DHL & the day date

@fawp01 Please check Account Number (EKP) and keep only the first 10 numbers (Remove 01)

Account Number (EKP): Your DHL account number (10 digits – numerical), also called “EKP“. This will be provided by your local DHL sales organization. To obtain your EKP number, please refer to the guide provided here: How to Retrieve Your EKP Number for step-by-step instructions.

We have solved the problem.

Our customer has not continued the payment and so it came to this error
