Error creating label: ( billingNumber ) : The selected billing number is not ava

  • Hi,

    we are using the DHL Woocommerce plugin in the sandbox mode and everything works fine except the creation of labels for international shipments (e.g. we define Germany as a ship from location and want to create a label for an order to France). Then we get the error message:

    ( billingNumber ) : The selected billing number is not available.

    Does anyone know how can we fix this?

    We observe exactly the same issue.
    We used in the plugin Setup the following Credentials

    EKP Number = Customer Number
    Billing Number last 2 Digits

    Hello,

    Please make sure to update the plugin to the latest version and then use the new feature “Get Account Settings” and let us know if the issue persists

    If that doesnt solve it please share with us the logs at our email
    “dhlsupport [at] progressusmarketing.com”
    so I can check whats going wrong exactly?
    you can find it : WooCommerce > Status > Logs
    the log will start with DHL & the day date

    Hello all,

    There is an overview of billing number for different use cases available at?DHL Paket DE Versenden (Post & Paket Deutschland). The table says that you should use a different billing number for international shipments compared to national ones.
