Error creating form

    When I try to update the form I get a critical error. I received this info from WordPress in my email.

    WordPress version 5.7
    Current theme: Chameleon-Child (version )
    Current plugin: Give – Donation Plugin (version 2.10.0)
    PHP version 7.4.10

    Error Details
    =============
    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 317 of the file /services16/webpages/util/s/a/saravana.site.aplus.net/public/cifwia-wp/wp-content/plugins/give/vendor/composer/../../src/Views/Form/Templates/Sequoia/Sequoia.php. Error message: require(): Failed opening required ‘optionConfig.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php74/pear:/usr/share/php74′)

    PS: This error started after I migrated my site to enable SSL which is required for this plugin. Site was migrated from cifwia-wp folder to public/cifwia-wp.

    Hi @seshappan,

    Our dev team released a new update today that fixes it and to do so you need to update GiveWP.

    In this case, you can click on Plugins > Installed Plugins and click to update your plugins. If you do not see an update for it, it’s just the cache. You can navigate to Dashboard > Updates and click on Check Again. It will check for the updates and clear the cache and you’ll be able to update the plugin.

    I’d recommend taking a backup of the site that you can confidently restore from. Here’s an article we wrote that explains more clearly how to do that: https://givewp.com/backup-for-faster-troubleshooting/

    My problem is not resolved. I am still getting critical error when creating the form. I deactivated the plugin, deleted it and reinstalled it. I turned on the remove all data option before deactivating. I am still getting the error. I have not used this plugin to raise funds. I have only test data. I noticed that the following tables were not removed: wp_give_log, wp_give_migrations and wp_give_revenue. Please help.
