    Hi,

    I have setup the plugin and have entered the sandbox API details. The webhook test passes and also the TLS test. However, when I try to process a test payment I get the following error:

    “Invalid payment method.”

    When I look at the logs, this is the error message displayed:

    “There was an error creating a braintree customer in sandbox environment.”

    I have tried to google that error message but I can’t find any further information. Do you have any idea what settings I need to change in order to fix it?

    Hi,

    What is the error code associated with the invalid payment method message? The error creating Braintree customer message is not associated with the invalid payment method error and is usually triggered before the API keys are entered.

    Are you using the test cards provided in the plugin’s Test Data page?
