error coupon

  • Good evening, I have a problem with coupons. I create a coupon, I use it but then it does not appear in the backend in the reservations section. Practically the coupon is not applied, in fact in the coupon section it appears as unused. When I apply the coupon from the form, however, it seems to be applied correctly. What can it depend on? Ps Thanks for this plugin which has a lot of free features !!! Best so far!

    Hi,

    I made a test applying a coupon to a reservation added from back-end and the coupon usage has been correctly reported inside the coupon settings page.

    Could you tell me which steps did you use?

    Good evening and thanks for the reply. I created a coupon from the backend, then I tested as a normal user to apply the coupon from the frontend but despite the fact that it is applied from the frontend, then in the backend the coupon remains unused. Obviously adding coupons and booking from the backend works … but from the frontend it doesn’t …
