    Hello, @madog32

    1. Please, re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin with the “Complete Deactivation” option:
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” —> Save Changes;

? WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Delete.

    Then install it anew:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress

    3. Press the butoon “Synchronize with cloud” in the plugin settings.

    Did it help?

    Hi,

Yes I did all of those steps with no joy.

I have it installed on a few sites on my server and they all have the same message.

I have sent an email to my host to see if they are blocking anything, I’ll let you know what they say.

    Thanks
    Nick

    Hi,

The host said the same thing as you…any ideas?

    Thanks
    Nick

Thanks for getting in touch with us in regards to this one.

Checking the IP address for WordPress looks to return no results in our deny list.

I've had a bit of a look on the web for possible reasons behind this particular error, and it seems to largely relate to the plugin not being completely installed properly.

Are you able to run through the steps in the following article to see if this helps you at all?
