After apparently working this install of spam protection reports in the back end against the plugin:
Error occurred while updating SpamFireWall local base. Error: COULD_DECODE_MULTIFILE
There was also a message that the key was incorrect. I compared it with the record at cleantalk.org and it was correct but I replaced it anyway (copy and paste from cleantalk.oreg).
This site is hosted at VentraIP.com.au in a LAMP environment with genuine cPanel and I’m viewing it on an iMac running OS 11.2.3
I have no idea what to do.
