    Hi,

    That’s pretty weird. Have you tried inserting your API key again?
    Could you please try to insert the key again? You can best request a link to your subscription on https://tinypng.com/developers with the “Already subscribed?” option. Click on the link that you receive by email, and copy your API key from there to the WordPress settings page.

    Could you please let us know if that resolves the problem that you’re experiencing? Thanks!

    Thanks for getting back to me,

    Unfortunately that has not changed anything, and weirdly the account section says that I have used 200+ compressions when I haven’t actually done any… I tried to use it and it looked like it was working, except for every image it just returned ‘0 compressions’.

    Could it be a permissions thing? Should I contact my host?

    Are you only using our plugin, or also other plugins for image optimisation?
