ERROR could not create a folder in your wp-content directory

  • not working!! it show me in backend the following error message:

    ERROR (WMF Mobile Theme Switcher)
    We could not create a folder in your wp-content directory to place mu-plugins to disable plugin command while switching themes. Please add this code define(‘FS_METHOD’,’direct’); to your wp-config.php file to enable it.

    also i had added the code define(‘FS_METHOD’,’direct’); to your wp-config.php file but still message is showing in backend and not working!! can someone help?

    Hello, please check your folder permissions. It should be 755 and file permission should be 644

    all the folders are 755 and the file 644 !!

    I sent a new update. Can you update the plugin and deactivate then reactivate again. I hope this fixes the problem.

    Thanks, no error message now but still there other problem, the plugin not saving my selection for devices switch to themes! when i click “save changes” button after i select themes for iphone, Tablet, Other Mobile Devices…; it reload the page and showing selection feilds “Please Select” instead of showing for example theme “Twenty Ten”!!

    Because i am trying to swwitching devices to theme “Twenty Ten” from the default one “Mesmerize”, So can you help fixing the issue?
