    Error: Copy from ExternalPictureURL failed (#21916545)
    Data retrieval of the file specified by ExternalPictureURL failed

    Failed uploading image. Why is this happening?

    Hi @ceyhunyildiz

    Thanks for contacting us today. Are you using any image optimization plugins or Jetpack? I would first recommend disabling any of those kind of the plugins and see if that fixes this issue. I have seen image optimization plugins cause problems on user’s sites when uploading images to eBay.

    Secondly, have you tried clearing the eps cache with the bulk action drop down menu on the listings page and then try revising the listings again?

    The template pictures, the pictures in the listing description on eBay are hosted by you, but the main image must be downloaded by eBay.

    You could also try switching the “EPS Transfer Mode” setting to “active” on the developer page of WP-Lister’s settings and try again.

    Thank you for your quick reply. We are using Optimole as our image optimisation service. Tried clearing EPS cache but it didn’t work. However, changing EPS Transfer Mode to active did the trick and the images uploaded now.
