    Hello,

When I try to login as admin, through the url

    https://mywebsite.com/wp-admin

    I get this error

Error: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.

If I deactivate the plugin, I can access the admin panel without any problem.

Do you have any idea why it happens?

    How can I fix it?

    Regards.

    Hi @franfal

Can you please provide the real URL of your site so that we can check?

Can you also check your site in different browser – do you still have the same issues?

Our plugin does not affect WordPress cookies in any way but if your browser prevents storing cookies by default using some in-built privacy feature, then it’s possible that WordPress CMS will give you that warning – this is not related to our plugin though but to the fact that WordPress CMS needs to store cookies in order for you to use WordPress dashboard as a logged-in user.

    Hope this helps.

Hello, thank you for your reply.

I have tried in different browsers and on different devices, and the error always occurs.

Maybe there is some bug between your plugin and another third party plugin.

In my tests, when I deactivate your plugin, I can access without problems. I think it may happen to more users of your plugin.

    The site url is https://astrumschool.com/

    Hi @franfal

Can you please provide a screenshot of the error message?

When I read it again, it clearly says that the problem is in your browser.

‘Error: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.’

I wonder how you managed to de-activate our plugin when you apparently can’t login to the CMS? So video that showcases the problem clearly would be very helpful.

When doing the video, can you please use standard Google Chrome browser so we exclude the possibility that the issue is in your browser?

    Thanks

Here you can see a screenshot with the error.

I can deactivate the plugin, because even though I get the error, if I refresh the page I can access the dashboard.

    Regards
