    Hello WordPress Support,

    First of all, I am not a developer. We just got a theme to start a WordPress website.

    I am encountering this error message:
    ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.

    I’ve seen the solutions in the forums and they are quite techie for my taste.

    Can someone please give me a step-by-step solution that is easy to do for a non-developer.

    By the way, the error at the top:

    Deprecated: Function create_function() is deprecated in /home4/kidsfunp/public_html/wp-content/plugins/stylish-popular-posts/stylish popular posts.php on line 133

    The developer at Stylish Popular Posts just replied to me and said that they already “released an update and the issue is now fixed.”

    Please first update your wordpress (core, plugins and themes) & and then check the problem.
