    Dear Support,
We receive the error code “error cookie check failed” when we try to import subscribers into FluentCRM.
    What could be the cause?
We are using Chromium Edge and have added our website’s cookies to the settings in Edge.
    Many thanks.

    Dear Support,
We have now discovered that it is a conflict with the Litespeed Cache plugin.
Would you have a solution that could work?
    Many thanks.

    Dear Support,

We have been trying to figure out which cookie is being set by Fluent CRM but we don’t see a specific cookie being set.

Which cookie does FluentCRM check? Which cookie is being checked?

    Many thanks,

    Pieter.

    Dear Support,

We received a reply to our support request via the FluentCRM website and the advice given was to switch off the ESI feature (admin bar, comments) within Litspeed Cache WordPress plugin.

We have tried this and the error has now disappeared.

I have posted the solution here for others to use.

We encourage that FluentCRM and Litespeed work together on a fix to make FluentCRM compatible with the ESI feature within the Litespeed Cache WordPress Plugin. Caching the admin bar and comment forms for logged in users via ESI is an excellent feature that we would love to switch back on.

    Many thanks for your help.

    Pieter.

    Thanks a lot Pieter.
