    Hello.
    Could you please tell me the URL of your website and the Anti-Spam plugin version installed on it?
    Also please try to ‘Synchronize with Cloud’ (go to WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> gray button on the top of the page).

    thanks for your reply.
    I give you some more information:
    -website: https://www.marketingcolcuore.com/
    -plugin version: 5.163.1

    Now the issue seems to be fixed. To do so, I have pushed the buttons “check http connections” and “dump log” and, after that, the settings page has changed (e.g. now I can see the advanced options button that wasn’t shown before) and the error message is disappeared.
