Can you try disconnecting instead? See the screengrab below.

Force the disconnect if you see a prompt come up.

Then, reconnect and see if the 403 goes away.

If that doesn’t work, you’ll want to give the support team a shout.

thx, i turned off w3 cache plugin, and then according @mark post connected one more time and now is working ??

I think that, the problem was with w3 cache plugin.
