Error: Connection timed out (110)

Dear supportteam,
I have problems receiving emails. This concerns booking notifications from WP Booking and Forminator (WPMUDEV) which I use as contact form https://www.hutjeopdeheide.nl/contact/.
Testing Easy WP SMTP gives me this:
SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection timed out (110)SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/TroubleshootingWhat does this mean?
