    Hi Shortpixel

    I’ve been enjoying your plugin the last couple of months, unfortunately I’ve have received an error message today that I can’t find a solution for online. Could you have a quick check and advise what may be stopping Shortpixel compressing images for me? The message is:

    “Error: connection error” “Skip this image, try the next one”

  • I hav ethe same problem, failed connection every time. Direct support have gone missing in action too.

    I have the same problem since today.
    I send a mail to the team, i’m waiting for an answer.

    Joining you guys here in having the same connection error since today. I hope this is being resolved soon. Thanks.

    We apologize for this issue; we had a temporary problem that caused this kind of errors.

    It should be solved several hours ago, could you please try again to optimize images and let us know if you still experiencing the issue?

    Thank you Gerard, working as normal now.

    Well, I’m not sure here is a right thread.
    I just uploaded 10 images, but it didn’t start to read the images.
    Just only spinning.
    Last week, I have countered the same problems when I uploaded 10 or several images.
    So, I went to the Bulk optimization and run the read.
    What should I do?
