Error Connecting to Shipstation

    Hello,

    Shipstation suddenly lost connection and didn’t work. We haven’t change any configuration on the Store or Website.

    This is the error and screenshot that I see on shipstation.

    We received an error testing the WooCommerce store: An error was encountered while attempting to test the connection

    Hey there,

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
