    Every since 10th of december i’m getting a connection error. I have not made any (special) updates to the website during that time.

    Error connecting to Mailchimp: 0 cURL error 60: SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name 'us15.api.mailchimp.com'

    I’ve tried with PHP version 7.0, 7.3 and 7.4. My cURL version is 7.62.0 OpenSSL/1.0.2k.

    Error log (multiple of these)

    Hi Harish,

    The latest: Version 4.7.4

    I have emailed the address on the contact page as well, but I don’t have a premium plugin. Hope that’s not an issue in this case.

    Since we’ve picked this up over email I will mark as resolved here.

    For people reading along, I think it is either PHP version (downgrade to 7.2 or 7.0 instead of 7.3beta) or the cURL version needs an update.

    @lapzor the issue has not been resolved.

    * PHP 7.0 nor 7.2 don’t solve the problem.

    * I have just ran the plugin on another website at the same host in the same configuration (PHP and cURL version) and it works there.

    * I have tried a (near) empty fresh install on the problematic domain and that fails with the same error.

    * cURL version is far beyond the one you suggest on troubleshoot page.

    I’m still in contact with the email support. I’ll reply here when a solution has been found.
