Error connecting to Facebook

Hi @shashinasiri. What is your default currency? If your WooCommerce default currency is not on this list, some folks have had success temporarily changing their currency to a supported one (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR) to connect and then changing it back afterward. However, this isn’t an officially recommended workaround so we can’t guarantee that it will work.

With that snippet added to you site, I would expect to see the actual API response as well to help us troubleshoot the issue. Did you try the connection after pasting the code into functions.php? If not, could you try the reconnection again and share any additional error information with me?

I can’t believe that worked. Thank you so much @drwpcom.
Now the integration part is done I’m having a different issue with the product sync.

The products don’t get sync with the page and also when I try to update products I get this error. Please help

Hi @shashinasiri. Do you have out of stock products and is the “Out of Stock” visibility enabled in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory?

Also, were you previously connected/synced to Facebook and did you delete any products directly from Facebook?

If the issue is that you’ve updated a product and it’s not syncing, please click on the “Reset Facebook data” option and then on the Update button on the edit page for that product. You don’t need to make any changes on the product, just click on that option which will force Facebook to recollect the product’s metadata, thus syncing to the latest status of the product catalog.
