    Hi guys, I’m having the same issue connecting the shop as per everyone else in this forum. It shows the message saying there has been an error and to try later. When you guys are fixing this? it’s very annoying and my client is not happy. Would be nice if you could give us a rough time of how long will it take to fix this.

    Thank you for your messages! I’m really sorry to hear that our plugin isn’t working as expected on your end.

    Our team is actively tracking this issue as we’re working with the Facebook team to provide them with all the information they need to troubleshoot this further.

    I’m afraid we don’t have a timeframe yet as to when this issue will be fixed, but this is of utmost importance to us, so we’ll make sure to provide you with more information as soon as further feedback is available.
